The "Nano Process TC-10S" enables nano-coating with ultra-thin film surface treatment technology of less than 100μm, excelling in precision, visible light transmittance, water repellency, and oil repellency. It causes almost no dimensional changes and can maintain optical properties, making it possible to apply water-repellent and release processing to "precision parts" where fluororesin coating was difficult, as well as in fields that require high dimensional and surface accuracy. <Examples of Applications> - Sealing and water-repellent treatment for electronic devices and components - Water repellency for optical lenses - Prevention of oil diffusion in bearing components - Prevention of oil sludge in sealing components - Prevention of adhesion of flux and other substances - Measures against liquid drainage for resist liquids, etc. - Improvement of water repellency for scientific instruments Additionally, Nano Process has been renewed with three other new functions, each with different features and applications.
